SALMON:  Za Restaurant is currently not serving salmon due to the questionable practices of most salmon farming and recent rapid depletion of the wild salmon stock.  Currently, Za is featuring a number of fresh Jersey, East Coast and Gulf of Mexico wild caught seafood dishes from regulated sources to assure a stable long-term supply.
